we spend our saving amount we take for the down payment amount and rest was taken care of through home loan divya mentions we had a committed a one error we took the home loan in floating interest rate (9 percent) however since the RBI increased the repo rate consitently over a year our interest rate today it will be very high more than (11.10 percent) we took a loan in India Bulls Finance it will be very costly home loan company so we manage and pay the EMI on correct time in very month so we proffesionally working in private concern so it is managed very month budget
